Talk with your clinician by phone
In a private phone visit, a licensed clinician reviews your health history, medications and goals and talks through your options. You'll need to be physically located in Alabama or Georgia during the visit.
Labs and safety checks, if needed
Your clinician may request recent lab results or order new ones so treatment decisions are safe.
Receive a personalized plan
Your plan may include nutrition, physical activity, sleep and behavior strategies. If medication is medically appropriate, such as a GLP-1 medication like semaglutide or tirzepatide, your clinician will explain the benefits, risks, costs and alternatives before anything is prescribed.
Ongoing follow-up and adjustments
Regular check-ins track progress, review side effects and adjust your plan. You can pause or stop care at any time; if you're on medication, talk with your clinician first.

Balance Health MD provides clinician-led care via telehealth. Prescription medications, including GLP-1 medications such as semaglutide or tirzepatide, are prescribed only when a licensed clinician determines they are medically appropriate after an individual evaluation; a prescription is never guaranteed. Individual results vary. GLP-1 medications have potential side effects and risks and are not right for everyone. Content on this site is for general information and is not medical advice.
